Launched new smart HSA features including high-yield interest options, three distinct investment models and built-in predictive analytics tools to guide longterm funding decisions.

Joined Deltek’s marketplace to deliver Deltek customers integrated solutions and services that can help simplify the employee benefits enrollment and administration lifecycle.
Joined ADP’s marketing offering full suite of benefits integrated with ADPs payroll systems.
Partnered with Paycor to be their employee benefit provider. The integration between their payroll system and Clarity’s benefit offer simplifies the entire employee benefits administration lifecycle.
Began using online tools to assist clients in implementing and renewing their Clarity plans. These tools allow clients to easily provide the information necessary to set and fund the plans they have chosen. It walks the user through each step, providing explanations when necessary.
Launched SimplyWell – Vaccine Compliance to help employers easily implement the requirements anticipated to be in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS).
Launched Clarity Mobile Pay allowing employees to pay for eligible benefit account expenses, both in-store and online, using their digital wallet app on their mobile device.
Developed an online tool to help employers easily elect the COBRA continuation of coverage premium subsidy provided in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Launched a simple online questionnaire that allowed employers to easily review and approve the optional provisions provided through the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 – providing their employees the option to maintain and spend-down their FSA balances.
Created an online tool to allow clients to easily review and approve the DOL and DOT optional extensions to Health Plan, COBRA and FSA/HRA deadlines
